Our Mission
To rehabilitate native wildlife and migratory birds of Park City and surrounding mountain areas for return to the wild, to preserve and restore the natural habitats of our mountain region, and to educate youth and adults about the importance of wildlife and ecosystems by engaging them in projects and activities that contribute to the well-being of our natural environment and inspire them to take action to protect it.
We are a state and federally licensed wildlife clinic in Park City. During our busy summer months we are accepting wildlife by appointment only. Please call our wildlife helpline (801)228-0831 to schedule an appointment.

Our Story
WWCC began as a modest wildlife rehabilitation clinic in Park City, Utah, initially focusing on the delicate care of injured and orphaned hummingbirds. Through our specialized work with these tiny, vulnerable creatures, we witnessed firsthand the increasing challenges facing Utah's wildlife due to habitat loss, climate change, and human expansion. Our intimate experience with these remarkable birds opened our eyes to the broader needs of wildlife conservation throughout our state. What started as a small operation dedicated to hummingbird rehabilitation has evolved into a comprehensive wildlife advocacy organization, working tirelessly to protect and preserve Utah's diverse wildlife species and their habitats. Our unique beginning with hummingbirds continues to inspire our approach to wildlife conservation, reminding us that even the smallest creatures play a vital role in our ecosystem and deserve our protection.

A New Home for Healing
Wasatch Wildlife is at a crossroads. As the only wildlife rehabilitation clinic serving Park City and Summit County, we provide critical care to hundreds of injured and orphaned animals each year—but without a permanent home, our future is uncertain. We are actively searching for a location to build a new facility, and we urgently need funds to secure land and construct a state-of-the-art clinic. Without it, we will be forced to close our doors, leaving injured hawks, struggling bats, and countless other wildlife with nowhere to turn. Our community cannot afford to lose the only place where these animals can receive lifesaving care. Time is running out. Your donation today will help us find and build a permanent home, ensuring that wildlife rehabilitation continues in Summit County for years to come. Every gift brings us closer to survival—for us and for the animals who depend on us. Please help us build a new home for healing before it's too late.
